The proposed Marlton Square Development project is designed to result in a destination entertainment oriented retail complex. The retail/entertainment complex will be linked visually to the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza and the adjacent Magic Johnson Theater through the use of landscaping and design details to form a pedestrian promenade.
