a) A change in zone classification from E (20) (Estate-20 acre) to A (Exclusive Agriculture) or a more restrictive district; (b) A modification of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP 5, Map 168; Resolution 223-86; approved September 25, 1986; State Mine ID No. 91-15-0051) to allow the development of an asphalt batching operation and to allow the expansion of an existing surface mining operation and development of a reclamation plan for the expansion area in accordance with the Surface Mining and Reclamation act (SMARA) of 1975. The request is to allow an approximate 390.1+ acre expansion of an existing sand and gravel mine and the development of an asphalt batch plant on the site.
