Document Description
The primary objective of the Amendment is to provide for a variety of redevelopment activities designed to lessen or eliminate documented blight conditions. To help achieve this objective, Agency redevelopment activities will include, but may not neccessarily be limited to, the following: provision of affordable housing, construction, and/or rehabilitation of structures; infrastructure upgrades for wastewater, drainage, water and circulation systems. While not proposed as specific projects at this time, these actions are possible activities that may be undertaken over the 30-year effective life of the Amended Plan.
