- Caltrans proposes to widen State Route 63/Mooney Boulevard from a four to six-lane divided highway from Packwood Creek to Noble Avenue in the City of Visalia, Tulare County, California from KP9.3/12.9 (PM5.8/8.0). Dual left turn lanes, single right turn lanes, and twenty-four bus turnouts, including 4 superbus (multi bus) turnouts, would be built. Centerline would be moved to up to 5 meters (16 feet) to the west from north of Feemster Avenue to Meadow Avenue. Right-of-way would be required.
