Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the County of Orange. The applicant proposes to stabilize a 400 foot section of the eastern bank of the Serrano Creek in the City of Lake Forest through the layering of soil wrapped in geotextile material atop a rip-rap foundation. Cut live willow branches will be interspersed between the layers of soil and seeds from native species will be dispersed to encourage establishment of habitat for wildlife.
