Document Description
The proposed Major Use Permit modification would amend the existing Specific Plan Text and Resolution of Approval for the Loma Del Sol Specific Plan, SPA 85-05, dated October 7, 1987. Specifically, a modification to the existing Specific Plan Policies and Conditions is proposed which would remove current prohibitions in the use of groundwater as a source of irrigation water for the golf course as set forth under Section VI., Specific Plan Regulations, Item B, 2.g. No other physical changes are proposed for the project.
