The majority of the project site was previously used for an avocado grove. The land has been fallow for several years and now supports non-native grassland with occasional coast live oaks.
Document Description
The revised replacement map proposes to create a 20' water easement and emergency access road that enters the subject property at the northwest corner for a proposed 8" water line. Subsequently, minor lot line adjustments are proposed for lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 9 to meet minimum lot size requirements. The applicant also proposes to amend conditions 12b(1) and 12b(3b) of the Resolution of approval dated September 19, 2002 to allow for the onsite revegetation within the dedicated conservation easement to meet State of California Department of Fish and Game requirements for the 1603 Streambed Alteration Agreement. Finally, this project also proposes to install a gate at the end of Diamond Ranch Road.
