Document Description
The proposed project will construct approximately 73,250 assignable square feet (125,000 gross square feet) to contain state-of-the-art teaching and research facilities, including class laboratories, research laboratories, lab support, faculty offices, postdoc/grad student offices, departmental offices, conference rooms, and office support space for the Chemistry Department within the College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences. The project is a four-story structure located on the southeast corner of East Campus Drive and Big Springs Road at the western end of existing Parking Lot 13. Project implementation also includes site preparation, on-site utility work and exterior landscaping and lighting.
