Document Description
A proposed amendment of the City's General Plan for a Parcel of approximately 40 acres located at the northeast corner of Road 23 1/2 and Avenue 13 from low density reserve to resource conservation. An amendment of the city Master Plan for storm drainage in the urbanizing area is also proposed to remove a potential neighborhood basin site from a parcel of approximately 40 acres located at the northeast corner of Road 23 1/2 alignment and Avenue 12 1/2. This is in conjunction with the property owner's agreement to convey agricultural farmland conservation easements to the department of conservation and will allow the city to make the required findings of consistency with the general plan.
