The project is located in the northern portion of the City of Farmersville as shown in figure 2-2, and includes the installation of a sanitary sewer collection system along Farmersville Boulevard from Walnut Avenue to State Route 198 frontage road, and the Noble Avenue frontage road approximately 1,000 feet westward from Farmersville Boulevard to the easternmost boundary of the service area.
