Document Description
The proposed project is located in the City of Farmersville County of Tulare and includes the development of a fifteen-inch (15") sanitary sewer line along Walnut Avenue from Farmersville Boulevard west to Ventura Avenue, a new pump station to be located at the corner of Walnut Avenue and Ventura Avenue, and a force main southward along Ventura Avenue to a point south of the Southern Pacific Railroad, and thence westerly to a point west of Virginia Avenue, and southerly of Visalia Road.
