Santa Fe Christian Schools (SFCS) received approval of a CUP to (1) update the SFCS Master Plan; (2) the allow an increased height limit from 25 feet to 35 feet for Phase 1a; (3) continue use of a 6,000 sq. ft. temporary athletic tent structure until June 30, 2020; (4) allow a shared parking agreement to supply required parking during Phase 1 of the Master Plan Update. Resolution 2016-099 certified the Supplemental EIR Resolution 2016-100 approved CUP 17-15-33. Resolution 2016-101 approved Phase 1a construction of DRP/SDP 17-16-11.
