Document Description
A three-phased multi-year Master Plan has been proposed at the existing 15.65 acre Santa Fe Christian School. The plans call for demolishing and rebuilding all existing structures except for the new gymnasium and new library, and adding 93,241 square feet of new educationally-related buildings including a 60-foot high, 700 seat performing arts center to accommodate the proposed enrollment increase from 750 to 1200 students. A total of 187 additional parking spaces are proposed, as is 40,000 cubic yards of grading. A Development Review Permit and Conditional Use Permit Modification are required for this project.
