Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a coastal development permit and conditional use permit to authorize the demolition and replacement of an existing 224 unit apartment complex as well as the addition of 255 new apartment units. The buildings will be five and 13 stories with heights of 5' and 140', respectively. In addition to replacing the existing 383 parking spaces, the applicant is proposing to add 635 more spaces, for a total of 1,018 spaces, including 20 spaces for public use. A 28-foot wide waterfront promenade will be developed along the site's marina frontage.
