The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (#2000-0211) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Peter Golze, OakBay Inc. The applicant proposes: Regrading, bank repair, installation of a trash rack and an outfall structure along the main tributary and bank repair, construction of a detention basin, culverting and filling of 450 feet of creek and installation of outfall pipes on the side tributary at this site.
