Document Description
The objective of the interim measures is to provide an impermeable layer that will eliminate the immediate exposure potential to hexavalent chromium from the exposed soil at the north end portion of the site. Removal action activities include weed abatement; site grading; and instillation of an asphalt cap on approximately 52,000 square feet or 1.2 acres. This interim control measure is necessary because site is in close proximity to Suva Elementary School and is located across the street from residences.
