Document Description
The property has erosion which measures 371 feet along the lake shore and property corner markers are located on lake bottom due to the erosion. A seawall with toe protection shall be placed on the property above the current lake level to prevent any additional property loss. After the toe ditch is dug out, the toe ditch will be lined with filter fabric and 12 inch and larger rock will be placed to protect the toe of the new seawall.
