Document Description
The operator proposes to install 15 yards of riprap over 360 square feet on the bank of Yerba Buena Creek, tributary to Santa Margarita Creek. A trench will be used to key in the riprap. Rock riprap will be placed using a backhoe or "bobcat." Equipment may access the site via an access road that will be returned to original condition when the project is complete. Revegetation will consist of willow stakes planted on four foot centers in between the riprap. The willow stakes will be maintained until established. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Permit (R3-2000-958) pursuant to FGC section 1603.
