The project entails the acquisition of a 4,100 square foot vacant parcel from the East Valley Water District (EVWD). The parcel contains an abandoned water well. Upon payment to the EVWD of well-capping fees, EVWD will deed the property to the San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD). The parcel will be paved to provide additional parking at Emmerton Elementary School.
