Document Description
The project involves the acquistion of real property adjacent to the existing HTA facility. Upon completion of property acquisition, HTA will develop a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) alternative fuels storage and dispenser station, off-street bus and employee parking, a perimeter sound wall, electric ingress/egress security gates, safety and security lighting, and landscaping. To prepare the site for the proposed improvements, HTA would first be required to relocate existing commercial and residential uses (pursuant to State and Federal guidelines) and perform demolition, excavation, and surface grading.
