Document Description
The proposed project consists of a 3,000 gross square-foot Emergency Response Facility to serve the neighborhoods within the project vicinity. The facility would be a single-story structure containing living quarters, garage and equipment building. Public parking accomodating four cars would be located at the front of the building and four parking spaces for staff would be located behind the building. Primary access to the facility would be off Pinole Valley Road and secondary access would be off Adobe Road.
