The proposed expansion entails the construction of a new three-story, 36,000 square foot building, consisting of 34 individual studio and one-bedroom units. The building would be overlooking Cabezut Road, below the exisiting building. The project site is located on 78+ acre (33,774 square feet) parcel zoned C-O MX ( Neighborhood Commercial: Mobile home Exclusion Combining) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
