(1) Adoption of the City of Stockton Development Code revising the City's Planning and subdivision ordinance by repealing Chapter 16 (Planning and Zoning Code) of the Stockton Municipal Code (SMC) and adopting Chapter 16 (Development Code) of the SMC, (2) redesignation of the zoning districts on the City of Stockton Zoning District Map, and (3) Applicable modifications to the City of Stockton General Plan to ensure consistency between the General Plan and the Development Code.
