Document Description
The proposed project consists of a 50,000 square foot entertainment facility on two levels to accommodate a casino, food service facility, and administrative space uses. The entertainment facility will be housed in a prefabricated building. The space within the facility will be allocated generally as follows: 27,500 square feet of slot machines, 7,200 square feet of gaming tables, and 1,000 square feet for the restaurant. The administrative office will occupy 14,300 square feet. Other aspects include parking, connection to the Reservation's water and wastewater system. Valet parking for approximately 420 vehicles will be located on the Reservation.
