The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2011-0336-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Jennifer Codienne/Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water). The Project involves amending the Stream Maintenance Program to account for updates to the SMP manual and includes the addition of concrete removal for mitigation purposes, and mitigation in the Pajaro watershed.
