A Rezoning (00RZ-21) to trade a 22,500 square feet (0.5+/- acre area) of Open Space zoning on the north side of the creek for an equal area, 22,500 square feet of Open Space zoning on the south side of the same creek. The 10+/- acre project site is currently zoned with 6.5+/- acres of RE-2 (Residential Estate, two acre minimum) and 3.5+/- acres of O (Open Space) under Title 17 of the County Ordinance Code.
