Also proposed is a general plan amendment from C, Commercial to R-L, Low Density Multiple Family Residential; and a zone change from "C2," Heavy Commercial District and "R1A," Single Family Residential & Agricultural District to "R1," Single Family Residential District because of a minor project boundary adjustment between adjacent parcels (the proposed "R1" is for the entire project site).
