Document Description
The Calpella County Water District (CCWD) is proposing to construct several improvements to its existing wastewater treatment plant. These improvements are required to comply with the waste discharge requirements established by the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board and provide sufficient plant capacity to serve future development within the District. Specific improvements include:
* Convert the existing holding and polishing pond to a third aerated lagoon and a settling pond.
* Install an 8-inch flow measuring flume at the metering manhole.
* Fill the existing sedimentation basin and install a new 24-inch diameter
chlorine contact pipe at that location.
