Document Description
Special Permit to reduce the Streamside Management Area (SMA) of an unnamed tributary to Third Slough, a perennial watercourse, from 100 feet to 70 feet as permitted by Section 3432.5D of the Humboldt County General Plan. The project consists of the removal of non-engineered fill material within the SMA and replacing it with engineered fill at a reduced slope, and installation of attendant drainage facilities, including an oil- water separator.
