Document Description
The proposed Project is the adoption of a new redevelopment plan for a project area known as the Artesia Redevelopment Project Area in accordance with the standards of the CRL, Health and Safety Code Section 33000, et seq. The project area consists of 411 parcels and 247.6 acres in the City of Artesia. The purpose of the Redevelopment Plan is to eliminate the conditions of physical and economic blight that exist in the Project Area through revitalization and reuse of commercial, industrial and vacant properties.
