Document Description
Palazzo Westwood is a proposed 528,490 s.f. mixed use project in Westwood Village which features 350 residential units and 115,000 s.f. of ground floor retail. The residential portion is 413,490 s.f.. The project is comprised of three parcels: Parcel A (2.724 acres) and C (0.292 acres) on the east side of Glendon and Parcel B (1.234 acres) on the west side of Glendon. The project has an overall FAR of 2.85. The development will be 65 ft. in height, as measured from the highest point of the roof structure or parapet wall to the elevation of the ground surface which is vertically below that point of measurement; the buildings will not exceed 55 ft. as measured to the top of the habitable space. The retail/commercial component consists of a variety of neighborhood-serving shops and services, including uses such as drug stores, markets, clothing stores, home furnishing stores, repair shops and other similar types of retail establishments. One or more restaurants with outdoor dining may also be featured. There will be 1,452 parking spaces provided within three subterranean levels. Glendon Avenue will be narrowed to 36 ft. in order to accommodate 17-foot sidewalks. The project site is approximately 4.25 acres in the C4-2D-O zone.
