Project proposed to: extend Mission City Parkway in the form of a two-lane collector bridge over San Diego River; construct associated roadway approaches; extension and improvement of a 96-inch pipe and open rip-rap channel drainage facility; extension of "I" Street; realignment and widening of a 0.25-mile segment of Camino del Rio North to a four-lane collector; and use of a 15-acre site for the NFL Experience (a pre-game event to Super Bowl 2003).
