Document Description
The project proposes to construct and operate a 19,213 square foot, 1-story building on lots 6 and 7. The Folex Corporation will use this building for manufacturing and storage. In addition to the building, the project includes 72 parking spaces, truck access for loading, disability access, sidewalks and curbs. The project proposes a single work shift (7 a.m. to 4 p.m./weekdays) of 10-15 employees, and it will generate 10 average daily trips (ADT).
