Document Description
The project proposes a resolution amendment to TPM 20398, approved by the County on August 3, 2001. The original map proposed to subdivide 35.66 acres into 4 residential lots. The resolution amendment proposes to decrease the required width of the private road easement from 28 feet graded and 24 feet improved to 24 feet graded and 20 feet improved with asphaltic concrete. The subdivision of the four parcels is proposed to be completed in one single phase along with the widening of the road.
