Document Description
39 parkway trees at the Jefferson Academies are dead, dying or diseased. New irrigation system is to be installed and further deterioration will result as trenching will damage the roots of the trees. For the safety of public and students, trees will be removed and replaced with a species approved by the City of Long Beach. The District will also replant lawns in the parkway. Cutting, trimming trenching, stump grinding, mulching, tractor operation, and debris removal will take place.
