Document Description
The proposed action consists of the approval of a management agreement between a private development company and the Augustine Band of the Cahuilla Mission Indians (Tribe), by the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC). The agreement and associated agreements would provide for the operation of a casino within a 31,200-square foot building located on an approximately 13-acre site located at the northwestern section of Augustine tribal lands. The structure for the proposed Augustine Casino would accommodate up to 700 slot machines and 10 table games.
