Document Description
The project consists of the construction of an approximately 150 space Park and Ride parking lot on a 1.4 +/- acre vacant parcel that is generally flat and irregularly shaped. Access is provided via a driveway on South Jaye Street immediately south of Jaye Street bridge crossing the Tule River. The Tule River is not considered a wild and scenic river. Further, the river segment adjacent to the subject site is not defined as a wetland on the National Wetlands Inventory Maps. The site is however, located within Zone A-9 as defined on the Federal Emergency Management Agency Map dated October 15, 1985 (Community Panel Number 0604070010 D).
