Document Description
Caltrans District 11 is proposing to develop a consolidated headquater office complex to include approximately 301,000 gross square feet of new office space on approximately 11 acres of land. The purpose of the proposed facility is to consolidate existing Caltrans functions currently found in several locations in the project vicinity, inlcluding the existing facility on Juan Street, in a facility that meets all current building codes and regulations. The project would inlcude parking for approximately 815 vehicles.
