Document Description
Building on the success of the Home Depot Center as a major training venue, additional development is proposed to support training, sports activities and related university activities. A significant interaction between the project facilities, HDC and California State University, Dominguez Hills is expected. The proposed development will comprise several different uses including a hotel with up to 200 guest rooms, a restaurant with seating capacity for up to 150 to 175 people, meeting / banquet room facilities, dormitories with a total of up to 30,000 square feet sports clinic/ training building and a 50,000 square foot field house practice facility.
