The lead agency intends to adopt a regulation which to impose maximum allowable concentrations of the metals, Arsenic, Cadmium, and Lead in commercial inorganic fertilizers. At this time there are no such regulations. The proposed regulations will be in effect for period of five years, during which time there will be monitoring and reporting of environmental effects.
