Document Description
The project proposes a minor subdivision of 13.11 acres into four lots and a reminder parcel. Two existing houses will remain on Parcel 2 and the remainder parcel. Lots will range in size from 2.0 acres to 4.0 acres. Future residences on these lots will be served by the local water district and will be on septic. All of the lots will have access from a private cul-de-sac off of Winterwarm Road. Three types of easements will be dedicated as part of the project, including a biological open space easement to protect off-site riparian habitat, a fire clearing easement and steep slope easements.
