Document Description
The proposed project will construct a new CHP Essential Services Office. The main building and other facilities would occupy the entire project site. The main facility would be a one-story building, and would include all staff offices, exercise facilities, interview room, clerical room, and a lobby. The remaining facilities would include a communcation center and tower, storage and generator building, automobile repair facility, fuel island and underground storage tank, landscaping, and utilities. A total of 78 secured and unsecured parking spaces would be included.
