This project consists of a Zone Change from general commercial zoning to Planned Development (retail/office), a Modification of the original Conditional Use Permit governing the subject 36 acre shopping center (CUP83-33) in association with a plan for remodeling and new construction as follows: the construction of a 40,000 square foot retail store, a 2,000 square foot retail space, a 2,500 square foot stand-alone restaurant, a 2,500 square foot restaurant addition, a 5,000 square foot expansion of an existing fitness facility and the construction of two parking decks and adoption of a Negative Declaration. 17,609 square feet of retail space would be demolished.
