Document Description
This is to advise that the Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved Amendment No. 1 to Specific Plan No. 218 on August 15, 2000. Approval of Amendment No. 1 was based on the Environmental Impact Report. Amendment No. 1: a) reduces the density of the residential uses from a total of 4,262 units; 2) reduces the commercial component of the Project from 35 to 27 acres; and 3) provides an additonal 9-hole golf course that increases total open space by 161 acres. The Riverside County Board of Supervisors has made the following determinations regarding the Project, including Amendment No. 1:
