Document Description
This project proposes to install concrete median barriers and paving of the median with Asphalt Concrete (AC). Road drainage will be upgraded to accomodate the new median including inlet and outlet culvert work. There wil be no streams, thus permits are not required. No new right-of-Way is required. Modifications to the new median design will ensure passage of both small and large animals, in accordance with agreement between the Departments of Transportation and Fish and Game.
