Wind warning systems consisting of Roadside Weather Information Systems (RWIS) and Changeable Message Signs (CMS) to deliver advisories to the raveling public at various locations along Interstate 5 and Highway 395 in Siskiyou and Lassen counties. The project will entail come trenching for utilities, maintenance vehicle pullouts and additional paving of walkways and pathes for maintenanace access.
