The parcel is included in the right of way needed for the Highway 70 upgrade project. This advanced right of way purchase is authorized by Senate Bill 1784, and the environmental analysis for acquisition is included in the Draft Environmental Impacts Reports/Statement for the Yuba-Sutter 70 Upgarde project.
