Document Description
Pupose- open the river mouth to tidal flushing to relieve street on marine habitat that is still alive. Opening the inlet will require grading 15,000 cubic yards from the west channel and transfer the excavated sand to the beach north of the inlet. Once opened, ocean water will be tested for bacteria concentrations until safe for public use.
