Document Description
Place a 24" culvert above the existing 18" culvert by jacking from the outlet end. The existing culvert will not be plugged by concrete nor will a head wall or end wall be installed. No loss of wetland vegetation is to occur and the work is to remain within the limits of an Environmentally Sensitive Area to be delineated on plan sheet(s) by Caltrans biologist Sharon Stacey.
