The building is approximately 219,000 square feet in size, it is currently being used as office space for existing employees of the Department of General Services, Department of Health Services, Franchise Tax Board, Department of Social Service, Department of Rehabilitation and Department of industrial Relations; and has approximately 880 on-site parking spaces.
